Associated Spec Consultants is an Independent Specifications writing firm with over 70 combined years of Spec writing experience.

We not only develop Architectural Specifications for construction projects, but we also develop Architectural Specifications for Architectural firms’ private in-house use as well as Manufacturer Product Guide Specifications.

We offer a Quality Assurance 3rd party review of Specifications for Architects and Building Owners prior to the Construction Documents phase.  In addition to our Quality Assurance review for Architects and Building Owners, we perform Quality Assurance reviews for Manufacturers who have existing Specs.  Using the latest information from the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) our review will suggest the most up to date/industry standard revisions to the product Spec(s).

We offer a website review for Manufacturers.  A review of a product website, from a Specifier, is unlike any other set of eyes on a website.  Looking for layout, terminology and ease of access to technical documents is key for Specifiers to find the information that is critical for us to include in Specifications.
